Staycay is a luxury serviced apartment provider, offering guests a home away from home experience. With properties in city centre locations across the UK, Staycay provides stays for both leisure and business travellers. The apartments are fully equipped with modern amenities and offer a range of sizes to accommodate individuals, families, and groups.
THE BRIEF
Staycay came to us with the objective to increase organic following and engagement on their Instagram account. They struggled to find the time to post regularly on social media and needed an agency that could connect with their loyal customer base on Instagram. Their target audience was potential guests and travellers interested in luxury serviced apartments in prime city centre locations.
The strategy we put in place included developing a consistent posting schedule with high-quality, visually appealing content while using relevant hashtags. We wanted to make sure we engaged with followers through interactive stories and direct messages. We implemented monthly tracking and analyzing to ensure we can change the strategy accordingly.
